Kristin Meador was born in Corvallis, OR. on May 6, 1980.  She was brought up in a loving home filled with hard working business owners. 

 After graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood/Elementary Education in 2002 from Oregon State University She decided to go to work at Linn Benton Community College educating children as well as adults.  This peaked her interest in helping people.  In 2003 she assisted in her first purchase of a home from the ground up, literally.  After assisting with designing and building a home she was hooked on the real estate portion of home buying.  In the evening she started going to real estate classes and in 2005 moved to Eugene to persue her new career, as a real estate broker. 

In 2004 she also published a book "How to have a Wedding without Spending a Dime" in her spare time.

It was hard going at first, two jobs, 14 hour days, and free transactions.  This has made Kristin Meador the person she is today.  She knows the value of hard work, but also can see the end result is in sight and knows a job is done well when you put the keys to someone dream property in their hands and they look at you with tears in their eyes and give you a hug.

In 2010 Kristin started to pursue REO/BPO's as well as focus more on educating clients.  She now does up to 10 BPO's a week and is on the "golden" status of many companies.  She does bank owned listings and broker price opinions for all of Lane county and has an average of 1 days turn around time.
