When bad agents are just..... bad......

Many of my clients have come to me after having a bad experience with another agent.  Their biggest complaint is that the agent did not give them enough attention,  did not listen to them, or show them houses only outside of their budget.

My experience is that it takes on average 6 months to find a home.  Sometimes you can get lucky before that, sometimes not.  Most of the time it is not the agents fault, it is the market.

What i suggest is that you work with who fits with what you want.  If you are working with an agent that is not sending you leads, will not return your calls, doesnt check in every so often, or is showing you only homes that dont fit your budget.. Maybe it is time to move on.

Keep in mind though that it all depends on what is on the market, even the best REALTOR can't make a home come out of thin air, sometimes it just takes time :).
