A limited representation entitles the seller to the placement of their property on RMLS for up to 6 months.  The seller is responsible for ALL marketing of the property unless otherwise discussed and signed by both parties.

Option #1 ~ $299

You will be assisted with the filling out of the paperwork and load it into MLS (up to 6 month contract).  Property will be listed on REALTOR.COM, RMLS.COM, realestatebykristin.com, and many large name companies.

Option #2 ~ $399

You will be assisted with the filling out of the paperwork and load it into MLS (up to 6 month contract).  You will also be provided a sign for your front yard, realtors lock box, a flyer box and 50 predesigned flyers.  Property will be listed on REALTOR.COM, RMLS.COM, realestatebykristin.com, and many large name companies.

 All programs require seller to pay the buyer’s agent commission or flat fee if buyer’s agent is used. 

 Optional items:

Open house put on by agent from 12-3pm.  Any clients that the broker represents that they meet at the open house, the seller agrees to pay the agent 4% to represent both parties.  At these dates the tenants agree to have the home in show able condition and will be vacant at that time.  All marketing for the open house will be provided by the seller at no cost to the agent.
